A bed and breakfast in the very heart of Florence just a few metres away from the splendid church of Santa Croce. Our location is in a historic quarter, inhabited by authentic Florentines and animated by a colourful market, restaurants for conoisseurs and crafts shops.
In a few minutes you reach the most important museums and the town’s historical palaces. And if you’re curious and want to know more about our traditions, don’t miss the chance to cook with us, and share a glass of wine chatting amiably on our flowered terrace.

…there is a Bed and Breakfast…

There are comfortable welcoming rooms, all colorful, each of which has its individual identity, and a small flowered terrace that in the cold season becomes a winter garden. In the morning we serve a really special breakfast: with jams and home made cakes, fresh milk and Italian coffee, or a big selection of teas, “bruschette”, cheeses and salami accompanied by the local Tuscan bread, and much, much more.
You can relax there reading a book, or chat with me if you like.

…where we learn the Taste!

If you are interested in learning the secrets of Italian taste, at our B & B we organise culinary courses: starting with a visit to the market, cooking lessons, but also wine tasting and enjoying all the local typical food products. And chatting over breakfast you will discover many curious things concerning Florence and our culture. Tuscan “trattorie”, famous restaurants and the renowned ice-cream maker Vivoli are just a short walk from here.
