Terms and Conditions

*Staying in the BED & BREAKFAST

  • For your booking we will need your credit card details.

PLEASE NOTE: credit card information are necessary to guarantee your booking and in case of penalties due to cancellation/no show. Payment will be settled upon check-out only cash EUR.

Cancellations and penalties

  • Up to 20 days prior to your Check In, no charge.
  • From 19 to 11 days prior to your Check In, the cost of 1 night will be charged.
  • From 10 days to Check In or No Show, the total sum will be charged.
  • If the guest leaves earlier, he will be charged for all the period booked, with no exception.

Special Bookings

  • Whole-house bookings (4 rooms), stays of 10 nights or longer, special offer we require the advance payment of 30% of total amount (not refundable) that has to be paid at reservation and the balance at check in/out.

In case of Cancellation & No Show

  • Form reservation to 31 days before check in: loss of deposit
  • From 30 days to check in and no show: 100%
  • Payments can be effected by bank draft (at your expenses), or by credit card ( plus 3% of bank charges)
  • A SPECIAL GIFT we require the full payment at reservation. It is not refundable and has an expiration date, we’ll send you all the information by mail

**Activities CUCINIAMO E…

  • An unrefundable deposit amounting to 30% per person is requested to guarantee your reservation. It can be effected by bank draft (at your expenses) or by credit card (plus 3% for bank charges).
  • Balance of payment has to be effected on the same day of the activity.
  • Fine food like fresh truffles/mushroom and selfish, Special Wines are subject to extra charge.

Cancellations and penalties

  • Up to 30 days prior to day of activity: loss of deposit.
  • Less than 30 days prior to day of activity: charge of total sum of activity.
  • In case of cancellation on our part all the deposit will be refunded.
  • Changes of dates are not allowed; no refunds for cancellations due to ill health or other reasons or if participants fail to follow the program booked.
