Reservations and Booking

  • If you wish to ask for availability of rooms and/or other activities please use the request form supplied.
  • You will receive an answer within 24 hours, and you will be informed on availability and forms of payment.
  • Ours is a small Bed and Breakfast, so if you need to cancel your reservation, please inform us within time limit by e-mail info@lestanzedisantacroce.com, or fax (+39) 055 20 01 366. Thanks.
  • We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.

Terms and Conditions

*Staying in the BED & BREAKFAST

  • For your booking we will need details of your credit card.

PLEASE NOTE: credit card information is necessary to guarantee your booking and in case of penalties due to cancellation/no show; Payment will be settled during the stay.

Check In/Check Out

  • You can arrive and check-in whenever you like. When we confirm your booking you will also receive the necessary instructions to enable you to check in.
  • On your day of departure, checking out by 10,30.
  • We offer the service to guests to hold their luggage without extra charge.

Cancellations and penalties

  • Up to 20 days prior to your Check In, no charge.
  • From 19 to15 days prior to your Check In, the cost of 1 night will be charged.
  • 14 days prior to your Check In, the total sum will be charged.
  • If the guest fails to show up without cancelling/ No Show, the total sum will be charged.
  • If the guest leaves earlier, he will be charged for all the period booked, with no exception.
  • LAST MINUTE must be paid at the time of reservation by credit card, the payment is not refundable.
  • Whole-house bookings (4 rooms) or stays over 6 nights an advance payment of 30% of the total amount (non refundable) must be paid on reservation, and the balance (non refundable) 30 days prior to check in.

**Activities CUCINIAMO E…

  • An unrefundable deposit amounting to 30% per person is requested to guarantee your reservation.
  • Balance of payment must be effected 30 days prior to beginning of course.
  • If balance payment is not effected in time we will be forced to cancel the booking and the deposit will not be refunded.
  • Payments must be effected by bank draft, or credit card including bank charges of 3%.
  • The price includes items in the description of programme on Special Wines (special reserves and others) according to your requests; those not included in the programmes are subject to extra charge.

Cancellations and penalties

  • Up to 30 days prior to day of activity: loss of deposit.
  • Less than 30 days prior to day of activity: charge of total sum of activity.
  • In case of cancellation on our part all the deposit will be refunded.
  • Changes of dates are not allowed; no refunds for cancellations due to ill health or other reasons.
  • No refunds are applicable if participants fail to follow the programme booked.

***A SPECIAL GIFT

  • The sojourn at the bed and breakfast and all activities must be paid on reservation by bank draft or credit card preferably Visa, MasterCard (+ 3% bank expenses).

Cancellations and penalties

  • All payments are not refundable.
  • In case of cancellation on our part you will be refunded.
  • Change of dates are not permitted.
